All products sold are digital courses that grant immediate access upon purchase. These products are not physical goods and cannot be returned.

• Upon purchase, the buyer receives immediate access via the email associated with their Gumroad account.
• Access includes course videos, lessons, downloads (if any), and any accompanying resources.
• Once access is delivered, the product is considered fully received and consumed, as per digital goods standards.

3. Non-Refundable Product Policy
Because this is a digital educational product that is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
1. The customer is unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue on Gumroad’s side.
2. The product was not delivered (e.g., payment processed but Gumroad delivery failed — verifiable in logs).
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Differences in expectations regarding difficulty level, content structure, or personal learning outcomes
• Claims of the course being “too advanced” or “not advanced enough”
• Customer dissatisfaction rooted in subjective interpretation rather than factual inaccuracies
• Attempted reversals after the customer has accessed the material
• Chargebacks initiated without legitimate basis
This aligns with general digital goods regulation and standard e-commerce practices.

4. Accuracy of Product Description
The course description states clearly that AI Video Academy teaches:
• How to create videos similar to the style used by SocietiesR
• The workflows, steps, tools, and processes required
• A level of instruction intended to help users replicate the results
The product matches the description exactly.
Differences in personal expectations do not constitute “item not as described.”

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
• All videos, materials, lessons, scripts, prompts, assets, and course content are the exclusive intellectual property of SocietiesR SRL.
• Purchasers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for their own educational purposes.
• Customers may not:
• Resell the material
• Share access
• Distribute or upload the content elsewhere
• Use the content to create competing educational products
• Any unauthorized distribution constitutes a copyright violation under EU digital content law and international copyright standards.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Once access is delivered and confirmed by Gumroad, the product is considered received.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be:
• Disputed using Gumroad access logs
• Supported with timestamps proving delivery and access
• Supplemented with these Terms & Conditions, which the customer accepts at purchase
Chargebacks filed after accessing the product are considered fraudulent attempts to obtain the material without paying.

• Once a customer accesses a digital product, withdrawal rights are waived
